Availability of Goods
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and will be delivered only within the Republic of South Africa to areas where we deliver.
 
Colour/Variation of Goods
• The actual colour of products you will receive may vary from the colours which appear on our website, dependant on the device you use to access our website. • There may be slight variations to each cracker in production clue to the product being hand made.
• Packaging may vary from that shown on our website.
 
Payment
If payment fails due to the account not existing, insufficient funds, the credit card number or other information being incorrect etc. the purchase will not be successful.
 
The above is dependent on the product being available.
 
For EFT payments kindly note the following detail:
1. You have 24 hours to pay and send us proof of payment.
2. If you don’t pay in time, we will cancel the order on your behalf.
3. Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays will be
processed the following business day.

Reservation
• Products cannot be reserved by a user to be bought at a later time. Placing an item in your cart without processing the payment for the order will not lead to a successful order being placed nor the reservation of (an) item(s).
• If an item is listed as “on hold”, this means that a user currently has the last of these items in their Glenart Trading (Pty) Ltd shopping cart. If their cart expires without payment being made, this item will be released back onto the website for sale.
 
Termination of Suspected Fraudulent Orders
• Glenart Trading (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order that it suspects of being fraudulent. This includes but is not limited to instances of suspected stolen credit cards and abuse of referral programme incentives.
• On occasion, a Client Concierge may request a copy of your official identification document or the front of your credit card to verify the transaction with the relevant bank. Glenart Trading (Pty) Ltd may cancel any order where the necessary documentation is not provided in a timely manner (usually within24 hours).
• In the event of a fraudulent purchase being placed with Glenart Trading (Pty) Ltd, cardholders will be advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded. Glenart Trading (Pty) Ltd does not process refunds for orders suspected of fraud.
 
Returns Policy
• In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act Glenart Trading (Pty) Ltd offers a 7-day return policy from date of delivery on correctly supplied non-defective goods.
• In the event that the customer elects to return the goods and claim a refund, goods must be returned to Glenart Trading (Pty) Ltd in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of payment, and in their original, unused condition. The cost of returning the goods shall be for the customer’s account.
• Products eligible for return shall be refunded into your original method of payment.
 
Special Order Goods
In accordance with Section 42 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, the 7-day return policy is not applicable to custom made/ special order goods. In the event that a special order is cancelled we reserve the right to levy a reasonable cancellation penalty based on costs incurred by Glenart Trading (Pty) Ltd at the time of cancellation.
